Our policy here at Ticket-T is to ship your item as soon as possible. Because we are an event ticket company, however, there may be delays in producing your Apparel-Ticket as we must work with the promoter in creating, developing, and printing your event Ticket as Apparel. Your Apparel-Ticket will be shipped at least two weeks prior to the event, and if it cannot be shipped by then it will be held for you at the will-call of the event. The Apparel-Ticket is your ticket to get into the event, and you must bring it with you to get in (though it is not required that you actually wear it if it is a clothing item). With some venues you may be also required to check-in and provide proof of identification, including proof of purchase.

All event ticket sales are final and there are no returns or exchanges on any event tickets, including will-call tickets and Apparel-Tickets.

We do provide third-party vending sales of T-shirts, hats, or other items related to the event which are separate from the event's Apparel-Ticket. In some cases these items will be produced and shipped by Ticket-T, in other cases they are produced and shipped by a third party. If you have received an item that has been damaged you may contact us for an authorisation request to exchange. Exchange requests are evaluated on an individual basis and we do not agree to exchange any item until you have been provided an exchange authorisation number through Ticket-T. There are no returns on any item sold through Ticket-T, and with all exchanges standard shipping and handling rates will apply.
